what seems to work best for me, is if i avoid eye contact and quickly go in and out of stores
if anyone questions about no mask, i just say i have a nose problem and keep on going – so far have not had much static except from the bus driver who did not want to let me on the bus – i got his badge number (you are allowed to do that) and reported him
