In reading the comments section to this Global News story I am both appalled and also encouraged at the same time.
I cannot believe people don’t see the pattern here being promoted by the media.
This is a road Western society traveled down 90 years ago in country called Germany.
The same kind of scapegoating, the same moral panic, the same justifications for discrimination and eventual segregation.
Those refusing will lose all their rights, then their property, then their freedom, eventually their lives.
The Nazis used exactly the same playbook to convince the general population to turn on a segment of people who didn’t go along with their narrative. Macron is not the only one implementing this campaign, the vax passport is the 2021 version of the Nazi party membership card, eventually there will be a version for non-vaccinated people probably resembling a yellow six pointed star and the label “Jude” to be worn on your clothing.
Have we learned nothing from the Holocaust?
The comments supporting not only a vax passport but actual discrimination and segregation of the unvaccinated from society, it’s unbelievable that supposedly rational people can buy into the scam like this. Notice how coordinated this campaign of fear is across all media including social media and the suppression of any information which contradicts the narrative.
France is only the beginning, there are similar moves in all G7 nations and all of the EU.
What is encouraging is the number of people who recognize this pattern and are standing up and saying NO!
