Pastor James Coates of Grace Life Church incarcerated in solitary confinement at high-security prison until May trial

To recap, in Mid-Febrary, Pastor James Coates of Grace Life Church in Edmonton was arrested and incarcerated in a maximum-medium security prison, and placed in solitary confinement for defying Deena Hinshaw’s lockdown mandates. Erin Coats, Wife of Pastor James Coates has publicly shared some insight into James’ imprisonment. Erin is not being allowed in-person visitation with Pastor Coates. She reports that James is allowed out of his cell only twice a day, and only for 15 to 20 minutes, during which time he has to do various chores like shower and put in a brief call to Erin.

Erin gave an interview with Allie Beth Stuckey, and discussed the issue of religious persecution.

She shares openly about her husband, their family, GraceLife Church, and the ongoing situation in Alberta that continues to have the world puzzled and discouraged.
