Violations of Our Charter Rights: An interview with Lawyers4Truth

Rob Anders is one of the longest serving MPs serving Calgary-West and as one of the founding members of both the Reform Party and the Alliance Party he is in a unique position to share with us his view of culture in Canada; how our social fabric has evolved – or devolved, and where it is likely to be headed if history repeats itself, as it usually does.

On the fabric of democracy…
You think of democracy in America hundreds of years ago, one of the things that if you’re going to have a very free society, which the United States is, you have to have a sense of self, where does that come from? The United States could have as much freedom as it did because there was so much self-discipline in terms of people being regulated by their thoughts of what was right. And why am I going to church on Sundays

On the direction this ‘war’ is moving and perhaps, the why…
Critical race theory, which…has Marxist roots because, Marxism doesn’t like Christianity…So they look to destabilize these things because it doesn’t fit their mold as it were and critical race theory stems from that as well. It’s all undermining the man, whatever the man is in their role, whether it’s a Pope or a President, a cleric pastor or whatever. There’s no doubt that Marxism plays a part. Some of the countries like China, for example, and its subversive activities here in Canada, in terms of politics and truism, all sorts of things that they’re up to in language schools, media…there’s no doubt that some of these key institutions are under attack.
