On securing injunctions against illegal government activity…

We have a common law right to refuse any medical treatment. A medical treatment is defined as anything that affects your health. I’ve got several precedents where the courts have upheld that there’s no Section 1 out on that. If you’d take it through the Charter security and persons, Trudeau’s saying there’s a Section 1 out. We can do this because it’s reasonably justified in a democratic society. In Common Law, it’s not, it’s never justified. The Charter is in addition thereto, the Common Law is always there. I think a lot of these cases can be argued from the Common Law rather than from the Charter, Parliament needs to, even when they pass statute, they need to state explicitly that they are amending the Common Law rights that were there in existence.

On responding to the propaganda war…

The soccer moms and the truckers get this. Another thing that I’ve seen is that, be aware of the man that just wanted to be left alone. These are people that just want to be left alone and they’re pissed off. What is going on is a huge public relations battle. Right now, this whole pandemic is media driven, public relations driven, and it’s really the soccer moms that will change this. Although we cannot get the information in front of the soccer moms. If we had on the side of buses the simple statement right off the VAERS website, that there’s been more deaths from the COVID vaccines for all other vaccines since 1990, the soccer moms are going to pay notice to that and pay attention and ask questions.
