The Simple Guide to Defending Your Business, Job or Education

Step 1. If it’s your job that is being threatened, file the letters on our site with your employer. They have now been notified that they are breaking the law.

Step 1a. File a criminal complaint against the RCMP, bylaw officer or Public Health Officer who closed your business.

Step 2. File a civil suit against the same person. You have their name. It will be on the ticket or notice.

Step 3. Once the civil suit is filed, you can now place a lien on their house for damages.

Do not be in rush to take the case to court. Let the pressure mount. We believe that in most cases the henchmen will pressure their bosses to back off and withdraw.
