This is the Iron Will Report for the week ending January 20th. I’m Iron Will, and every week I bring you the counter narrative news our government doesn’t want you to know, and that mainstream media won’t report on.
01 Forcible Confinement Appeal
All of you know by now about the illegal arrest and imprisonment of John Carpay of the JCCF. I promised you an in-depth interview with John so you can get the full story directly from him. I did that interview in person with John this week and it will be released next week as a free interview. The JCCF has been fighting for our rights in the courts since the start of the Covid narrative, but unfortunately in many cases the courts are upholding these violations.
This past Tuesday, JCCF lawyers, working on behalf of 11 Canadians illegally detained in Covid hotels, were scheduled to have their case heard by the Federal Court of Appeal.
In June 2021, the Federal Court decided that the mandatory hotel quarantine facilities were constitutional under the notwithstanding clause, but the Court did find that in most cases, their right to legal counsel was denied. As a result, the federal government was directed to advise all air travelers that they had a right to speak to a lawyer before being directed to a quarantine facility or a quarantine hotel.

Lawyers funded by the Justice Centre argue that the federal government’s forcible confinement of law-abiding citizens was an unconstitutional infringement of their rights. They had also planned to defend against a motion brought by the federal government to have the challenge dismissed as “moot” because the measures no longer exist. This in regard to the Brian Peckford travel ban case, a gross miscarriage of justice somewhat akin to declaring an assault case moot because the assault is no longer in progress.
Despite an order by the Court to expedite the appeal, it has taken over one year for the appeal to be heard. Or rather, not heard.
Once again the court refused to hear the case because the Covid hotels are also, in their opinion, moot, as they are no longer in effect.
You’re probably getting tired of hearing me say this, but the obvious reason for these non-judgements, is that they are planning to do it again.
02 Transit Attacks and the Attack on Whites
Not long ago I reported on the case of a Calgary man who was attacked on city transit. His throat was cut by an aboriginal man. The two men did not know each other. In rendering his judgement, the judge stated that “the history of colonialism had to be taken into account.”
And this is not by any means the first case of random violence against transit riders in Canada.
A recent True North article gave several more examples from Toronto, where riders now report being reluctant to take transit in Canada’s largest city.
In early December 31-year-old Vanessa Kurpiewska was murdered with a pickaxe while waiting for a subway train at High Park station.
Back in June, 28-year-old Nyima Dolma was set on fire while on a bus at the Kipling Station. She succumbed to her injuries a few weeks later.
Just before Christmas, a group of eight to 10 teen girls attacked several people at a variety of subway stations. Some of those girls are said to be linked to the killing of a 59-year-old homeless man near Toronto’s Union Station.
In December a man was attacked with a machete at an Edmonton LRT station and earlier this month a man was stabbed on board a Vancouver Skytrain. In this case, the police report that the two men involved knew each other, however in all the other cases these were random attacks against strangers.
And these are just some of the recent incidents. There are quite a few more. So why aren’t the police and transit authorities doing something about it?
True North journalists contacted sources inside the Toronto Transit Authority and were told that fare evasion is rampant and fare inspectors have been told “to walk away” if customers refuse to pay. A loiterer or panhandler won’t even be approached.
That’s 100 fare inspectors making $85,000 a year not to write tickets or do any enforcement.
Toronto Transit Commission CEO Rick Leary contends that safety is TTC’s top priority. This is the same Rick Leary who has been intentionally downscaling police presence on transit since he took over in 2017. And if officers do get involved, here’s just one example of what happens.
In February of 2020 a 34-year-old man assaulted two police officers on a streetcar. The man, Steven Thackerberry, pled guilty to the assault. In response, Leary launched a witch hunt against the two officers and they were subsequently fired. Leary also issued a memo essentially telling special constables not to arrest a passenger unless serious crimes were taking place on transit.
So why would our elected and appointed officials be working to make transit unsafe?
While not all of the victims of the random attacks were white, for example Nyima Dolma, the woman who was burned to death was Tibetan, for all cases where I was able to find the identity of the assailant, none of them were white.
The Calgary man was attacked by an aboriginal in an apparent act of retribution for colonialism. Nyima was murdered by a Chinese man. The Chinese government hates the Tibetans and has been ruling their country with an iron fist since 1951. Vanessa Kurpiewska, the woman who was stabbed with a pickaxe, was also murdered by a Chinese man who arrived in our country so recently he doesn’t speak English. And these are just the lethal incidents. The ones they can’t sweep under the rug by ignoring crime.
So am I a racist?
Consider this fact recently revealed by Brad Salzburg of the Cultural Action Party of Canada. I interviewed Brad last year. He’s not a racist either. He is however rightfully very concerned about the fact that we are moving toward a country ruled by the minority, that is immigrants, and where white people have no rights.
Except that soon immigrants won’t be the minority.
In a January 14th article from this year, Brad revealed that in 2011 one in ten ridings in Canada were minority white. Today that number is 51, or one out of every six.
Regardless of their reasons, our woke government is protecting immigrants from the consequences of their actions, while making targets out of white people.
And those non-paying riders that the transit cops have been ordered to walk away from without so much as issuing a ticket. Are they hard working white Canadians travelling to and from their jobs? I’m willing to bet largely not. Mostly they are immigrants who have learned that the rules don’t apply to them.
03 Anti-Coke? You’re a Racist.
While neither I nor Brad Salzberg are racists, it seems that anyone who criticizes Coca-Cola is.
I reported recently on how school systems were being paid to teach a new food pyramid, one which places toxic manufactured food high on the list of things we should all be eating.
This is not new. The reason so many people believed for so long that dietary fat makes you fat, is that the sugar industry paid ‘researchers’ to tell that lie to people, while at the same time paying others to report that sugar was harmless. You can find out about that in the excellent Canadian documentary Sugar Coated. This documentary is still available online and reveals how the sugar industry used exactly the same tactics as the tobacco industry to convince people to consume their product, despite the fact that we now know sugar to be one of the most toxic substances known to the human body.
Last week it was reported by the New Zealand site Rangitikei Environmental Health Watch that a former Coca-Cola lobbyist has now turned whistle blower. And Coke has a new tactic.
Calley Means, who worked on behalf of The Coca-Cola Company in years past, says the multinational purveyor of poison “food” paid the NAACP, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, to slander as “racist” any and all scientists, researchers, or other “opponents” whose work exposed Coke products as toxic.
Means says Coca-Cola also partnered with the Food and Drug Administration to funnel money into “academia,” which used it to produce “research” claiming that soda taxes would harm low-income populations.
Coke was also able to get away with making the false and ludicrous claim that its soft drink products are “one of the cheapest ways to get calories,” which Means describes as “a flagrantly inaccurate statement when factoring in the health consequences.”
So the connection is if you’re anti-Coke, you’re anti-poor. And who are the poor? Largely non-white minorities. Therefore if you’re anti-Coke, you’re a racist.
04 Kill Switches in Cars
Governments around the world are moving to outlaw the manufacture of gasoline powered cars by 2035. I’ve reported on this before. Most of you know that electric vehicles not only do not produce less pollution than gas powered cars, but the manufacturing process and power generation required for them actually produce more. This measure has nothing to do with the environment.
With a gas-powered car, you can store an emergency supply of gasoline. In fact, some time ago I produced an instructional video at StrongAndFreeCanada.org showing how you can safely store gas for up to two years.
But if everyone is driving electric cars, they can kill our ability to travel just by shutting off the power. You can’t store electricity.
But that’s not far enough for the globalists, who want to control and limit our ability to travel.
Last year, the Biden administration drafted a 2,700 page infrastructure bill with a total budget of approximately $1 trillion. This bill includes a measure that mandates automakers to install vehicle backdoor kill switches in every car by 2026. And many of those U.S. manufactured cars are sold here in Canada.
The purported reason for this measure is to reduce the risk of injury to drivers and passengers on the road by passively monitoring the performance of a driver in order to accurately identify whether that driver may be impaired. But of course, it can also be used to prevent anyone from starting their car, or even be used to shut it down while in motion.
Imagine a world in which police or government officials can identify your car’s kill switch receiver via a signal, or simply by your driver’s license, and shut it off just by pressing a switch. And they won’t even have to be near you. The signal could be sent to your car from anywhere, via cell phone towers.
05 Analysis: The Surveillance State Moves inside the human body
If you’ve been watching my show, you know I don’t report things I can’t prove.
I’ve done a number of reports on the surveillance state, from facial recognition to digital IDs to how governments and corporations are tracking your online activities and even monitoring how you use power with smart meters, as you can hear about in my recent interview with Cal Washington of InpowerMovement.com, and most of you are in no doubt about how they plan to use the data they collect.
According to a 2022 WEF report, Advancing Digital Agency: The Power of Data Intermediaries, third parties will make judgments based on your credit history, medical history, and online behaviors. For example your ability to qualify for a loan.
Banks will take an individual’s social behavior, both online and offline, into account in the crediting process; This is called Alternative Credit Scoring, which leverages big data to analyze not just financial histories but social behaviors. A graphic from the report shows that your social media activities will be reviewed when determining your Alternative Credit Score.
But look at what’s on the next line. Psychometric Test Data.
Some of you will know about Elon Musk’s Neuralink, an implanted device that can connect a human brain to a computer. Here’s a short video on Neuralink.
Did you catch that? “The chip is designed to read and write brain activity”. I’m not going to draw any conclusions about Musk’s intent with this tech. The important thing to understand is that the chip could not be implanted without your knowledge.
But what if it could?
The globalists want to implant microscopic trackers in our bodies that will not only allow them to follow us everywhere, but perhaps even control us, and it’s not science fiction or conspiracy theory.
In 2014 futurologist Oskar Villani was a guest on the German television program “Heute Konkret”. We’ve taken this clip from the RAIR Foundation, as they were kind enough to insert translations.
Here’s a clearer image of the smart dust.
The dust was developed in the 90s by Dr. Kris Pister, a professor of electrical engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, as a simple way to use smart wireless sensors. Pister envisioned a world where ubiquitous sensors could measure almost anything. Unsurprisingly, the U.S. military provided the impetus, funding, and development. In 2001, the American military conducted a surveillance test with the devices. After successfully calculating the speed and direction of 142 military vehicles, the test was declared a great success.
So here’s where it gets really scary.
In 2016 engineers at Berkeley developed ‘neural dust’.
Among other altruistic medical purposes, their intent was to help quadriplegics move prosthetic devices, as you can see in this video.
The so-called neural dust, which the team implanted in the muscles and peripheral nerves of rats, is unique in that ultrasound is used both to power and read out the measurements, unlike the radio frequency tech used with smart dust. Ultrasound technology is already well-developed for hospital use, and ultrasound vibrations can penetrate nearly anywhere in the body, unlike radio waves. According to my own research, and I am certainly not an engineer, so take this with a grain of salt, the maximum distance of a meaningful ultrasound signal is about 50 ft. I’ll get back to that later.
In 2016, DARPA program manager Doug Weber stated that “neural dust represents a radical departure from the traditional approach of using radio waves for wireless communication with implanted devices.” And further: “The soft parts of our body consist mostly of saltwater. Sound waves can pass through this tissue unhindered and be focused with great accuracy on nerve targets deep in our body, while radio waves cannot.” Using ultrasound to communicate with the nerve dust also allows the sensors to be made smaller.
For example, they can be introduced into the body by injection with a needle.
In his book “Shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” Schwab advocates for a future in which authorities will be able to utilize the blending of technology with the human body to quote “intrude into the hitherto private space of our minds, reading our thoughts and influencing our behavior.”
And as a matter of interest, who was the largest buyer of Klaus’s book. Here’s Dr. Evil himself.
So what can they do with this? From what I know, actually controlling you like a robot would be beyond this technology. But remember my last segment on kill switches in cars?
All they would need to do is send an ultrasound signal, from as far as 50 feet away, and the neural dust will overload your nervous system. The effect would be the same as a Taser.
Or what if you’re trying to go somewhere or do something they don’t approve of? A pain signal would be easy to send.
And remember, not only can this tech be injected with a needle, say with a vaccine, it can even be passed by a simple handshake, or put inside the envelope with your most recent utility bill, or coated on items at the grocery store.
