This is the Iron Will Report for the week ending January 13, 2023. I’m Iron Will. 01 Formalizing Tyranny
WHO Revisions Remove Respect for Human Rights
Truth speaker James Roguski revealed this past week on his substack that not only is the super-secret International Health Regulations Review Committee or IHRRC meeting this week in Geneva, but that the purpose of these meetings will be to finalize their report regarding the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.
Amendments which include striking from their articles the phrase ‘with full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons’.
Other amendments include dictatorial powers for the Director General of the WHO, and to the regional directors to declare a public health emergency anytime they wish, with no requirements to actually support their claims. A further strengthening of the International Health Treaty which says that signatory nations will follow WHO mandates, even apparently those that don’t respect the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons. Digital IDs for all citizens of member countries which will include health information, which of course means vaccine status. Enhanced powers to counter disinformation, and an expanded and extremely flexible definition of what constitutes a health emergency.
These IHRRC meetings are held behind closed doors, under such secrecy that not only can we not find out what is being said, we can’t even know who these people are. They answer only to Tedros Ghebreyesus, the Director General of the WHO. As a matter of significance, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland will attend the meeting this year. She has attended several times in the past and sits on the WEF’s board of trustees. This is the woman who wanted to make the Emergency Measures Act permanent, and who has, frighteningly, been pegged as the next head of the United Nations.

02 Digital ID Coming This Year
Canadian Travellers to Europe Must Complete a Digital Traveller ID
And if you think those digital IDs are still a long way off, they will in fact be in place by November of this year. At least for Canadians who wish to travel to Europe.
At present, The European Commission allows citizens from countries like Canada and the US to enter the EU and Schengen Member Countries without a visa. However, as of November, if you want to visit Europe you’ll first need to complete a European Travel Information and Authorisation System application.
As well as the usual information such as your passport, address and contact information, the ETIAS application will require you to disclose your education and profession and answer some “background and eligibility questions.” And what are these background and eligibility questions? In addition to travel history and any criminal convictions, any medical conditions or other infectious or contagious parasitic diseases.
03 WHO Convenes Censorship Panel
Because They Can’t Silence the Truth
The WHO clause on enhancing powers to counter disinformation I mentioned in this week’s top story even gets its own panel titled Countering Threats in the Age of Black Swans, A page for the WEF 2023 annual meeting captured on the Wayback machine states “As black swan events proliferate, threats that were once considered outliers are becoming commonplace. This is compounded by a wide range of actors with access to sophisticated technology and weaponry, as well as an ever-increasing capacity to spread misinformation.
How can we begin to predict the unpredictable in mitigating and countering security threats from black swan events?”
A black swan event is defined as something that was unexpected, has a major effect, and is often inappropriately rationalized after the event with the benefit of hindsight. The term is used frequently in Klaus Schwab’s book The Great Reset.
Knowing this, allow me to translate the double speak.
“As black swan events proliferate” means, as we announce ever more made up threats as an excuse to violate your rights.
“threats that were once considered outliers are becoming commonplace” means there are far too many people out there exposing our lies.
“This is compounded by a wide range of actors with access to sophisticated technology and weaponry” means that those of us who are telling you the truth have far too much access to real science and data.
And “an ever-increasing capacity to spread misinformation.” Means they underestimated the power of the internet as a double edged sword. While they can use it propagate their lies, we who are telling the truth can also use it to reach large audiences with the counter narrative truth.
The site does not define what disinformation is exactly, but we can be pretty sure it means ‘anything that is counter to our narrative’. What’s our tagline again? Oh yeah, the Voice of the Counter Narrative.
So of course we must be silenced. The good news is that, as they are convening a special panel on this, it means they don’t have an answer, or at least not one that can be easily implemented. Nor will they. I was a web developer before I became a freedom fighter and an independent journalist. Due to the very nature of the internet, in any fight between censorship and truth online, the truth will ultimately win.
04 More State-Sponsored Censorship
Add DisInfoWatch.org to the List of ‘Fact Checker’ Sites
But why wait for the WEF to censor the truth. Canada is already doing that. In addition to the several censorship laws I’ve been reporting on, and the website AntiHate.ca, which I mentioned last week, there is also DisInfoWatch.org. Their website states that their core objective is to increase public understanding and awareness about mis and disinformation, by whom and why it’s produced, how to identify it and how to help stop its spread.
And what do they consider to be disinformation? The site goes to say “During the COVID pandemic, it has become more important than ever for western democratic societies to expose and raise awareness of mis/disinformation as malign foreign and domestic actors seek to confuse and polarize our societies using a mix of hoaxes, conspiracy theories, blatant fabrications and propaganda.
DisinfoWatch aims to monitor, analyze and expose the COVID “infodemic” and other forms of mis/disinformation, and encourage greater social resilience against it through education and awareness. “
Just some examples of their diligence in exposing covid disinformation include the following articles, Online Canadian Video Claims Covid is Not a Serious Problem. This was an early fact based video countering covid fear and featured Dr. Stephen Malthouse, Dr. Patrick Phillips and a number of others. Also COVID-19 VACCINES DO NOT MAKE UNVACCINATED PEOPLE SICK NOR ARE THEY BIOWEAPONS and CANADA’S COVID TRAVEL PROTOCOLS DO NOT VIOLATE HUMAN RIGHTS.
And who is the founder and head researcher behind this campaign to expose covid disinformation? That would be Marcus Kolga, a regular Opinion and Editorial contributor to such trusted media sources as the CBC, The Toronto Star, The Globe and Mail, the National Post, The Toronto Sun, The Vancouver Sun, and Canada’s favorite Liberal magazine, Maclean’s.
And who is paying Marcus to do all this diligent research? Why, you are, the Canadian taxpayer.
Our diligent researchers found this. It’s from the Government of Canada’s Grants and Contributions to the Digital Citizens’ Program. Almost 50,000 dollars in April of 2022.
05 Analysis: The Abolition of Money
Understanding ‘You Will Own Nothing, and You Will Be Happy’

The Canadian Taxpayers Association runs a debt clock on their website. It’s counting our national debt as it grows, along with the cost to every taxpaying Canadian. The Your Share counter goes up by one cent roughly every two minutes.
Trudeau has doubled our national debt since he was elected in 2015. In addition, the cost of gas, groceries and virtually every other commodity has increased to the point where, as I reported last week, people who are accessing food banks are now asking about medically assisted suicide because it’s simply become too difficult to be poor. And the number of homeless is on the rise. A recent report shows that there are 2400 homeless military vets in Canada. A shameful way to treat those who have risked their lives for others.
None of this is accidental.
Humans created money thousands of years ago, and we’ve been using that system ever since. The globalists don’t want us using money, and certainly not untraceable cash. But if they want to replace the current system, they need to give people a reason to go along with whatever they replace it with. And the best way to do that is to break the current system to the point where it no longer works for the average person.
Our problems started 300 years ago in Germany, when one of the first private central banks was established, and along with it, the fractional reserve banking system. Up to that point, banks could only lend out money they actually had, and that money was backed by gold. But with fractional reserve banking, banks could now lend out money they didn’t have. The banks argued that people would be very unlikely to make a run on the bank all at the same time. That no matter how bad things got, a lot of people would still keep their money in the bank. The government wanted to borrow money, in excess of what the banks actually had, so they agreed to pass a law which would allow the banks to lend out money in a ratio to what they had in their vaults. The result was fractional reserve banking, a system that is used today by private central banks around the world. For example, the fractional reserve ratio in the U.S. is 10. That means that for every dollar the federal reserve actually has, they can lend out ten. This also means that most of the ‘money’ that is in circulation is in fact debt. And that debt is nothing more than numbers in a bank computing system. ‘Money’ that the bank creates out of thin air just by typing numbers into a computer, but that you and I have to pay back, principal and interest in cash.

Many people believe the government controls the economy. This is not true. In fact, the only real influence governments can have on the economy is through raising or lowering taxes or as has been demonstrated in the last three years, by printing more money. Because the majority of money is debt, the economy is actually controlled by the interest rates, which are set by the private central banks. Make money cheap to borrow and there’s a boom. Make it expensive to borrow and there’s a recession.
